In February 2026, the Principality of Monaco became the global centre of luxury hospitality by hosting The Summit 2026, organised by Forbes Travel Guide. For several days, leaders from the world's largest hotels, international travel advisors, investors, and technology leaders gathered to define the future of high-end travel.
Held at the Grimaldi Forum and in the Principality's most iconic venues, the Summit embodies excellence, strategic vision, and innovation in the luxury sector.
Space Visuals provided full audiovisual coverage of this international event with a clear mission: to document every key moment, highlight official partners, and produce structured premium content for global communication.
A dedicated team, deployed across the entire Summit
To cover the 2025 and 2026 editions, we mobilised a complete team comprising two videographers, four photographers, a video editor, a photo editor, a project manager, and an asset manager.
The videographers ensured continuous capture of panels, keynotes, partner activations, and official evening events. Photographers were strategically distributed across different locations to simultaneously cover conferences, executive portraits, institutional moments, and informal interactions.
In parallel, video editing and photo editing were carried out daily to deliver immediately usable content internationally. Global coordination and real-time data management guaranteed fluid, secure, and consistent production.
From its opening at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, the event established itself as a true strategic hub. Official Brand Activations took place, initial exchanges began, and partners unveiled their worlds. The atmosphere was both institutional and dynamic.

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL & WELCOME RECEPTION
From the first hours at the Grimaldi Forum, the energy was palpable. Guests arrived, badges were exchanged, and partner activations came to life. The initial strategic conversations set the tone for an ambitious and international edition.
The Symposium – Opening of strategic discussions
The first sessions opened discussions on artificial intelligence in hospitality, digital transformation, and the evolving expectations of premium travellers. Speakers shared their visions with precision and depth.
Our capture alternates between immersive wide shots and tight framing on speakers to convey the intensity of exchanges and the international scope of the Summit.
THE OFFICIAL PHOTOCALL
A key institutional moment of the Summit, the photocall highlights major personalities and the first distinguished award winners.
Managing the photocall requires responsiveness and precision. Each official portrait is taken immediately after the award presentation to ensure optimal press and digital use. Lighting, framing, and visual identity are carefully controlled to produce images that comply with Forbes Travel Guide's international standards.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE OF THE HÔTEL DE PARIS
Before the official Welcome Reception, a select circle of guests gathered in the Presidential Suite of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo for an exclusive VIP pre-event.
In this setting overlooking Casino Square and the Mediterranean, executives and strategic partners exchanged views in an intimate and confidential atmosphere. This privileged moment allowed for high-level discussions, away from the hustle and bustle of the Summit.
The capture aimed to be discreet and elegant, highlighting the natural light, refined architecture, and sophistication of the venue, in perfect coherence with the exacting standards of the Forbes Travel Guide The Summit.
The Welcome Reception at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
The day continued at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, where Travel Advisors and VIPs met in an iconic setting facing Casino Square.
In this elegant and hushed atmosphere, exchanges became more personal while remaining strategic. Connections were forged in an environment emblematic of Monegasque luxury.
Our approach prioritises natural moments, spontaneous interactions, and the architectural enhancement of the venue.
The Louis XIII Brigade by Alain Ducasse
During the Gala, the Louis XIII by Alain Ducasse brigade offered a gastronomic experience befitting the Summit's prestige.
Each service was orchestrated with precision, in a refined setting where culinary excellence met Monegasque elegance. The controlled gestures in the kitchen, the meticulous presentation of dishes, and the attention to detail reflected a vision of luxury founded on perfection.
The capture highlights the brigade's coordination, textures, flames, moments of concentration backstage, and the sophistication of the creations served to international guests.
Cédric Grolet – Pastry Excellence
The presence of Cédric Grolet brings a contemporary and artistic signature to the Summit experience.
Globally renowned for his sculptural creations, he elevates pastry into a visual work of art. The desserts presented at the event embody technical precision, aesthetic appeal, and innovation.

The event at the Yacht Club de Monaco
The Yacht Club de Monaco hosted an exclusive moment of the Summit in a setting overlooking the Mediterranean.
The contemporary architecture, natural light, and harbour view offer an environment that is both prestigious and serene. Discussions took on a more intimate dimension, while retaining their strategic scope.
We worked on framing that highlighted both the venue and human interactions, in order to convey the Monegasque elegance associated with the Summit.
The Gala at the Salle des Étoiles
The culmination of the event took place at the prestigious Salle des Étoiles at Sporting Monte-Carlo.
Award ceremonies, inspiring speeches, and the elegance of the dinner created a solemn and spectacular atmosphere. The lighting effects and scenography enhanced the visual intensity of the moment.
Every moment was captured with particular attention to emotions, gazes, and details.
