To cover the 2025 and 2025 editions, we mobilized a full team of two videographers, four photographers, a video editor, a photo editor, a project manager and an asset manager.

The videographers ensured the continuous capture of panels, keynotes, partner activations and official evenings. Photographers were strategically distributed among the different locations to cover simultaneous conferences, executive portraits, institutional moments and informal interactions.

In parallel, video editing and photo editing were carried out daily to deliver immediately exploitable content to the international. Overall coordination and real-time data management ensured smooth, secure and consistent production.
