Available for rent in Cannes, the Tilta Hydra Alien Pro is a professional camera-on-vehicle fastening and stabilization system designed to make dynamic and fluid automobile planes. This V-Mount configuration with electronic suction cups combines a shock absorber arm, an electronic damper head, modular mounting plates and five electronic suction cups to adapt the rig to different surfaces and positions on a vehicle. The Hydra Alien Pro arm accepts camera and stabilizer configurations up to 13 kg. Its hybrid damping system reduces the vibrations generated by the road and allows to precisely adjust the damping level according to the weight of the configuration and the turning conditions. The damping head uses electromagnetic damping technology and interchangeable elements to adapt its stiffness to light or heavier configurations. The modular architecture allows different shooting positions: front of the vehicle, rear, bonnet or side of the vehicle. Combined with a compatible stabiliser such as the DJI RS 4 Pro, the system allows for car rides and on-board planes with a great freedom of framing. Built-in V-Mont power supplies the system and certain rig equipment while limiting the number of cables and connections required.
