Available for rent in Cannes, the Sennheiser MKE 600 is a professional cannon microphone designed for the recording of dialogues, interviews and direct sounds during audiovisual shoots. Its supercardioid/lobary directivity effectively favours sounds from the front of the microphone while reducing noise from the sides and the environment. Compact and lightweight, it can be used directly on a camera or installed on a pole to bring the microphone closer to the subject. Its low-switch filter also reduces wind noise and some unwanted low frequencies. The MKE 600 can work with a 48 V phantom power supply via its XLR connection or with a single AA battery, offering up to about 150 hours of autonomy. WHAT TO KNOW

The Sennheiser MKE 600 is a professional cannon microphone designed to effectively isolate dialogues and sounds from the direction to which it is directed. Its supercardioid/lobary directivity reduces lateral and ambient noise, making it particularly suitable for interviews, documentaries, reports and shootings in environments where acoustic control is limited. Its frequency response from 40 Hz to 20 kHz offers a restitution adapted to the voice and the audio-visual sound, while its low-switch filter reduces unwanted low frequencies and certain wind noises. The MKE 600 can be powered directly in 48 V via XLR or run with an AA battery for about 150 hours. With only 128 g without battery, it can be installed on a camera or used on a pole without unduly weighing the configuration.
